 Rental Requests -- Instructions
If you are interested in renting our facilities, please fill out the application form and submit by fax to 512.476.3973. The Facilities Manager will check the availability of the requested dates and forward to the appropriate personnel for approval. If the application is approved, the Facilities Manager or Studio Stage Manager will contact you to arrange the rental agreement and payment schedule. Submitting an application does not guarantee the requested dates.
