Rental Requests -- Instructions
If you are interested in renting our facilities, please fill out the application form and submit by fax to 512.476.3973. The Facilities Director will check the availability of the requested dates. Upon approval the Facilities Director will contact you regarding the rental agreement and payment schedule. Submitting an application does not guarantee the requested dates.
