 Creative Movement classes are offered for students ages 3-5. The syllabus was developed by Joan Wolfe and utilizes original music composed for each class by her husband and composer, Bill Wolfe.
Each class is thematically-based and the students are led through a series of movement stories and dance games. The creative play in each story enhances the development of fine and gross motor skills as they run, skip, leap, stretch, coordinate, isolate and move to the music.
Social skills are developed through collaborative and cooperative games. Inherent in this program is Ms. Wolfe's knowledge of early childhood development and philosophy of adult/child interaction.
The curriculum is designed to gently introduce these youngest students to a structured and safe classroom environment while instilling in them the physical and emotional confidence to explore and create.
2007/2008 Class Schedule
Children should be enrolled based upon their age as of September 1, 2007.
Creative Movement Classes meet one time per week.
The 2007/2008 school year begins September 10, 2007. REGISTRATION OPENS FOR NEW STUDENTS ON JULY 5, 2007

* If paid in full by August 31, 2007.
**Installment Plan: Tuition can be paid in installments with first payment of $70.00 (non-refundable deposit) due at registration. The remaining balance of $560.00 can then be paid in 8 installments through May 1, 2008 . A late fee of $15.00 will be assessed on the fifth of each month in which payment is delinquent.
Students enrolling after the start of the school year will be prorated accordingly.

Dress code:
Girls: Pale Pink leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes.
Boys: White short sleeve leotard or T-shirt, black tights with no socks or black shorts with white socks, black ballet shoes.
