Summer Intensive Program Description
Ballet Austin's Junior Summer Intensive program offers one 3-week session of study for serious students ages 9-13. The Summer Intensive program is an experience that will give students a deeper understanding of ballet technique and how to use it more effectively. Experienced faculty, guest teachers from Ballet Austin's professional company, and guest teachers from other companies offer positive encouragement with relentless attention to detail.
Dates
June 23-July 11, 2008
The Junior Intensive is a half-day program and classes meet three days per week during the three-week session.
Junior Level 1 students will meet from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Junior Level 2 students will meet from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Students accepted into the Junior Intensive receive their placement into level 1 or 2 in their letter of acceptance.
