Where to Park at Ballet Austin
New Student Placement & Registration for the 2013/14 Academy school year:
Ages 3-7:
- Children ages 3-7 will be enrolled based upon their age as of September 1, 2013.
Ages 8-10 (No previous dance experience):
Ages 12 and older (No previous ballet experience):

Students age 11 and older, with no previous dance experience, should contact the Schools Office at 512.501.8704 to get information about Ballet Austin’s Butler Community School classes. Ballet and other dance styles are offered as workshops and drop-in classes.
Ages 8 and older (With previous ballet experience):
- Students age 8 and older, with previous ballet experience, who are new to Ballet Austin, will be required to attend a placement class to determine their acceptance and level for the fall.
2013/14 school year Placement Class Schedule*:
Fall 2013 Placement Classes for students, age 8 and older
with previous ballet experience who are new to Ballet
Austin. Choose one of the following dates to attend a Placement class:
- June 1, 2013:
Ages 8-12 - 2:00-3:30pm
Ages 13 and older - 3:30-5:00pm.
OR
- August 10, 2013 -
Ages 8-12 - 2:00-3:30pm
Ages 13 and older - 3:30-5:00pm.
*Registration ahead of time is not required but please arrive one half hour early to check in, fill out paperwork, and get an audition number.
After the start of the Academy School year, students age 8 and older with previous experience who wish to be considered for enrollment should email Vicki Parsons or call 512.476.9151 ext. 126.

The Academy Office, located in the Butler Dance Education Center, 501 West 3rd Street, will be open from 8:30 am-5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, throughout the summer.
