SENIOR INTENSIVE

Download and print a packet for a Senior Intensive DAY Student or Senior Intensive DORMITORY Student:

Packet & Forms for Dormitory Students

Students who are attending the Senior Intensive and residing in the dormitory for 3 or 6 weeks during the 2014 Summer Intensive:

1. Carefully read Summer Intensive information and forms for students attending 3 or 6 weeks of the Senior Summer Intensive and residing in the dormitory.

2. Fill out forms and sign (student and parent signatures):

  • MAKE THREE COPIES OF EACH FORM
  • Keep one copy for your records
  • MAIL TWO SIGNED COPIES OF EACH FORM to:

JUNIOR INTENSIVE

Download and print a packet for a Junior Intensive Level 1 or 2 student:

1. Carefully read Junior Summer Intensive information and forms for students attending the Junior Summer Intensive in August.

IMPORTANT DUE DATES TO REMEMBER

    May 7, 2014 - Tuition must be paid in full

    May 7, 2014 - Forms must be completed, signed, and mailed to Ballet Austin by this date.
