attending events at the Long Center please remember that the
parking facilities are available for all other events at
Palmer Events Center and Lady Bird Lake so please give
yourself more time than you think you will need to get to the hall. More information on parking is available

Where
is the Michael & Susan Dell Hall?
The
Michael & Susan Dell Hall is the 2400 seat venue located
inside The Long Center.
How can I purchase single tickets to Ballet Austin productions?
You can purchase online at www.tickets.balletaustin.org,
by phone or in person at the Ballet Austin Box Office
(hours M-F 10am - 6pm). Tickets
for season productions typically go on sale 6-8 weeks prior to the performance.

Can I exchange my single tickets?
All sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds on single tickets.
Season ticket holders may exchange tickets. Ask the
Box Office on official rules for season ticket
exchanges.

What if I need
wheel chair seating?
There are wheelchair accessible seats on every level of
the Michael & Susan Dell Hall located inside The Long
Center and the AustinVentures StudioTheater. These seats may be purchased online at www.tickets.balletaustin.org,
by phone or in person at the Ballet Austin Box Office
(hours M-F 10am - 6pm). When purchasing online, please note that wheelchair accessible seats are marked as such in our online ticketing system and seat maps.

Is there handicap parking available at The
Long Center?
Fifteen (15) minute temporary parking is located in the
Keller Williams Circular Drive, directly in front of the
Long Center. You are allowed to park there to pick up
your tickets, make a quick drop-off, or inquire about
upcoming events at the 3M Box Office. Handicapped
parking is also available in the Palmer Events Center
Garage (and at the Valet drop-off during
events/performances). All parking is at a first come
first serve basis so please give your self more time
than you think you will need.

What if
I need other accessible services like listening devices or
Braille programs?
To
request Sign Interpretation, Audio Description, Braille or
Large Print Programs for performances at The Long Center, call
The Long Center at 512.474.LONG no
less than two weeks before the event date. Services are not
guaranteed for all events, but every effort is made to
accommodate each request. Courtesy wheelchairs and Infrared
Assistive Listening Devices are available free of charge
at Guest Services coat check. For other accessibility
questions, please contact the Long Center Guest Services office
at 512.457.5171.

Yes,
there are elevators located on the east side of the
building.

When should I arrive?
Ballet Austin encourages all patrons to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the performance. Late seating may vary from performance to performance.

Do small children and infants need tickets?
Yes. Every one regardless of age needs a ticket. If the child will be sitting in your lap and not in a seat of their own you can purchase a lap ticket at the door.
A lap ticket is the least expensive ticket for that
performance.

Will my tickets be mailed to me?
Yes, unless you request them to be held at the box office. Tickets ordered the week of the performance will be held at the box office regardless.

Where is Will Call?
At
The Long Center Will Call is located on the north-east
side of the building on the ground level outside windows
on the left as you are facing the building.

What age is appropriate for the ballet?
You are the best judge for what your child is ready for but generally we recommend anywhere from 3-99 yrs old. However, if your child has difficulty sitting through a movie, as a courtesy to other patrons you might want to make other arrangements.

Does Ballet Austin offer any discounts?
Yes. Students and Seniors receive 10% off individual tickets. We also offer discounts for groups of 10 or more. Click here for more information.
Students may also take advantage of our Student Rush
tickets that allow students with a valid college ID to
purchase 2 tickets to any show up to 1 hour before
curtain for only $10 each. Subject to
availability.

What is the Dress Code?
Patrons are free to wear whatever best "suits" them. Some folks dress for a formal occasion, while others choose to remain casual. Most fall somewhere in between.

How do I get
to the Ballet Austin Box Office?
Can I exchange my season tickets?
Yes! One of your
benefits as a season ticket holder is the ability to exchange
tickets. It is important that we receive your original
tickets.
Exchanges must occur 24 hours prior to the performance you
wish to exchange out of. We cannot exchange your tickets if
the performance has already passed.
To
exchange your season tickets you can
mail them
to Ballet Austin // 501 W. 3rd Street//
Austin, Texas 78701. Include a note letting us know what you
would like to exchange them for and we will mail your new
ones back to you. Exchanges made the week of performance
will be held at will call for pick up. You can also exchange
in person
at our Box Office// 501 W. 3rd Street. Mon-Fri from 10am-6pm.

If I buy additional tickets will they be next to the ones I already have?
We will make every effort to secure seats next to your current seats; however, this is not always possible. We have other season ticket holders and donors who may already occupy the seats next to yours. If you must have your seats together you may need to exchange out of your regular seats to a place where we can seat you all together.

Can I exchange my extra tickets?
Yes. The same rules apply to the extra tickets you purchased as your season tickets.

What if I miss my scheduled performance what can I do?
If you miss your scheduled night and the run of that ballet has not yet ended, you can bring your expired tickets to the box office window at the performance hall and we will do our best to seat you. Please note: You may or may not be seated in your regular section.

Can I donate my tickets back to Ballet Austin for a tax credit?
Yes. You must make the donation 48 hours prior to the performance your tickets are good for. A tax credit letter will be mailed to the address we have on file. Please contact the Ballet Austin Box Office directly for further instructions. Please Note: We will not issue a tax credit for any ticket return at door on the night of performance.
