Priority Seating Plan

The factors we consider to establish the priority to seat season ticket holders:

1. Season Tickets

The number of continuous years you have purchased season tickets since the 2001/2002 season is used in determining priority.   It all began with the 2001 “Keep Your Seats” campaign, the year chosen to establish our Founding Subscriber Season.  Any lapse in subscription since the 2001-2002 season reduces your priority.  Your length of tenure as a season ticket holder prior to the 2001/2002 season is also a contributing factor.

Your subscription level is also a factor used to determine priority seating.  For example, a full-season ticket holder will have more priority than a four-show season ticket holder; a four-show season ticket holder will have more priority than a Children’s Series season ticket holder.

2. Gifts to Ballet Austin
Contributed support to Ballet Austin is considered when calculating your priority.

3. Enrollment in Ballet Austin's Academy
Additional consideration is given to subscribers who are patrons of Ballet Austin’s Academy and/or the Butler Community School.

Our goal is to provide the best experience possible for each of you as we continue to share this exquisite art form.  We appreciate your patronage and pledge to do the best job possible in considering all needs.  We look forward to having you in our audience for years to come.
