GYROKINESIS®
Fridays, Mar 2- Mar 30/ 8-8:45am
Enjoy the peaceful, yet energized feeling you get after participating in a GYROKINESIS® class. After 4 weeks you will be hooked. GYROKINESIS® exercises work on the entire body through seven natural elements of spinal movement: forward, backward, left side, right side, left twist, right twist and circular. GYROKINESIS®
is the mat class of the GYROTONIC® system. You will take half the class seated in a chair, and half the class on mats.
This approach systematically and gently works the joints and muscles through rhythmic and undulating movements. Fluidity is the key. Postures are smoothly and harmoniously connected through the use of breath, making exercises appear and feel more like a dance and swimming than like traditional yoga.
This four-week series costs $90
- early bird price is $80 before February 15th.
