Inside the Dance Studio
Join us for an in-depth look at the rehearsal process of the Ballet Austin professional companies inside the dance studio. Students will begin their visit with a discussion of rehearsal elements, scenic and costume designs, choreographic styles and more. We invite each group to bring sack lunches to eat during the lecture. The students will then travel into the studio and enjoy listening to a member of the artistic staff discuss the work and view the company in rehearsal. Only 30 seats available per lecture so reserve your seats today!
Cost is $5.00 per student, $50 minimum.
Program lasts approximately 1 hour.

Ballet Austin's ArtSmart program provides education and enrichment to students and teachers in Central Texas. By attending one of our educational programs (Footlights, Encore, Inside the Dance Studio) students and teachers earn a 30% discount on tickets to Ballet Austin’s upcoming performance. This program reaches more than 1,000 students annually.
