On Wednesday, May 27th, Ballet Austin will be part of an estimated 1,000 organizations that will host local Senior Day events for 100,000+ older adults across the country on the same day.
The 22nd Annual National Senior Health & Fitness Day is the nation's largest older adult health and wellness event!
Come celebrate lifelong health and well-being at Ballet Austin with FREE* classes for adults age '60 and better' on Wednesday, May 27th.
Our goal is to encourage adults to continue to enhance the quality of their lives through regular physical activity.
