National Senior Health & Fitness Day is May 28, 2014!
On Wednesday, May 28th, Ballet Austin will be part of an estimated 1,000 organizations that will host local Senior Day events for 100,000+ older adults across the country on the same day.
The 21st Annual National Senior Health & Fitness Day is the nation's largest older adult health and wellness event!
Come celebrate liflong health and wellbeing at Ballet Austin with FREE classes for adults age 60 and older on Wednesday, May 28.
Our goal is to encourage adults to continue to enhance the quality of their lives through regular physical activity.
National Senior Health and Fitness Day is a wonderful opportunity for adults to make, renew, and revitalize their commitment to live healthier lives through better health and fitness.
On Wednesday, May 28 Ballet Austin invites adults age 60 and older to take any drop-in dance and fitness classes at no cost*.

*FREE classes are offered to adults age 60 and older on May 28 when they show an ID. Please stop at the Business Center in the lobby when you arrive for assistance and to check in for the class.
