On Wednesday, May 27th, Ballet Austin will be part of an estimated 1,000 organizations that will host local Senior Day events for 100,000+ older adults across the country on the same day.

The 22nd Annual National Senior Health & Fitness Day is the nation's largest older adult health and wellness event!

Come celebrate lifelong health and well-being at Ballet Austin with FREE* classes for adults age 60 and older on Wednesday, May 27th.

Our goal is to encourage adults to continue to enhance the quality of their lives through regular physical activity. National Senior Health and Fitness Day is a wonderful opportunity for adults to make, renew, and revitalize their commitment to live healthier lives through better health and fitness.
