All the piers were poured and finished on Monday, the 2nd, and now the crews are doing form-setting for grade beams on the exterior of the building.

Excavation continues for the underground plumbing lines and they have drilled the piers in the alley.

Management says that there is a bit of concrete removal inside that needs to be done and they have cut out some of the slab to finish connecting the waste line that is being laid through the east parking lot.

As you can see from the photos, serious progress is happening.
