 Our handbook describes the evolution of ballet from early court dances to the art form that it is today, discusses the study of classical ballet and the intense training that is essential to becoming a professional dancer, then ventures into the studio to describe a typical day in the life of a dancer. It concludes with the last minute adjustments and excitement of production week, as the dancers head into the theater and prepare for performance.
