This is the time of year we all think about getting fit! What is fitness?
Fitness means being able to perform physical activity. It also means having the energy and strength to feel as good as possible. Improving your fitness, even a little bit, can improve your health. Exercise has been touted to be a cure for nearly everything in life, from depression, to memory loss, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s and more. And yes, exercise also makes you happier!

Ballet Austin's Butler Community School empowers people to adopt healthy lifestyles through dance and regular physical activity by providing quality instruction in an open and inviting atmosphere for people of all ages and ability levels. More about our programming.

Classes offered at Get Fit from 2:00pm - 5:00pm. Classes begin every 30 minutes and are 20 minutes in length. Sample as many as your body can take!
